Hi! I'm Natalia, owner and realtor of barehaus.co. I’m a dog obsessed, dance loving, mama to my precious son. Growing up, real estate was always a shining idea stuck in my mind. Rental properties, interior design, staging, home flips, and selling real estate were all on my checklist. When I was just 19 years old, I bought my very first investment property- a duplex in West Allis, WI! I had a tenant live in the bottom while I occupied the top- yep, rent free! Throughout the home buying process, I quickly realized that, my ideas weren’t just a checklist, THIS was my passion and I was determined to check all of the boxes. I not only wanted to assist others in finding their dream home or creating a cozy minimal space, but prove that owning life changing investments and chasing dreamy aspirations at a young age, in fact, any age, is SO possible!
